We cannot accept a product for credit without prior written consent.
Returns will only be accepted in instances of errors attributable to Omega Optical.
We will not accept products that have become outdated or were ordered in error.
Any use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge imposed by any governmental authority is non-refundable.

To return a product within the warranty period, contact Customer Service at +1-978-772-1700 or email them at sales@optometrics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping costs will be borne by Omega Optical.
