Building on the brand name retirement, we felt it was important to create a new, strong, mark for Omega Optical to carry forward. The new Omega Optical logo was designed to acknowledge the coming together of multiple entities into one symbol of strength. It is composed of three elements: logo mark, company name, and tagline.
The overlapping circles, while suggesting the initial letters in both words “Omega Optical,” also represent much more. Whether standing quietly beside the company name, or animating into position, the interlocking circles represent intentional unification as well as transparency—they stand for One Omega but provide a glimpse into our segmented past.
Light Managed. Simply put, it is what we do. Omega Optical designs, manufactures, and coats critical optical elements that guide light between source and sensor. All of the amazing work we deliver to customers is to help manage (guide) light through their optical system, whether their illumination source is internal or a far-away object being imaged.
We would like to acknowledge the great support our friends at Consequently Creative provided in developing this new look for Omega.
